Personalization Agreement

Personalization is available for select products. By choosing this option, you agree to the following:

• Personalization fee of $5.98 per side will be automatically added at checkout.
• All information provided by you (the customer) is correct and free of errors such as, but not limited to, grammatical errors. 
• No changes can be made once order has been completed, therefore, all necessary edits must be made prior to checking out.
• All personalized products are final sale.
