Shipping
How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?
Most items are shipped out within 1-2 days, however, if your order contains personalized goods, please expect an extra 3-5 day processing time.
Can I track my package?
Sign into your THEO 141 account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you do not have an account, you can still track your package using the same email address that you placed your order with.
What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping?
THEO 141 is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it has left our facility. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you can try contacting the shipping courier directly and at your own discretion.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If you believe you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact support@theo141.store within 24 hours of placing the order to resolve the issue, as non-personalized goods are typically shipped within 1-2 days. In the subject line, please enter 'Address Correction' and be sure to include the order number and correct address when contacting us. No modifications or changes will be allowed once a tracking number is attached to the order.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We are unable to accept returns, but please contact us at support@theo141.store if you have any problem with your items and we will be happy to assist. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
I bought the wrong size. Can I exchange it for a different one?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will accept exchanges up to 14 days after delivery date on non-custom goods only. To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with tags intact. Please email support@theo141.store with the subject ‘Exchange’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the exchange. From there, you will be notified with instructions on how to complete the exchange. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Any personalized or custom made goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalization
How much does it cost to personalize?
Personalization is offered on select products for a $5 flat fee per side. When you click on a listing containing a personalizable item, follow the instructions in the listing and you will be able to edit as needed. The updated price will be reflected in your cart.
Can all the products in your store be personalized?
All goods can be purchased without personalizing, however, personalization services that can be added to certain products will be labeled as such. If you do not see a personalization section, that product is only sold as is and cannot be personalized.
Can I send you my own stuff to be personalized?
We do not accept personal items. All personalized products done by THEO 141 must be purchased through our store.
I selected the wrong color and put the wrong information on my personalized item, can I return or exchange it?
Personalized products are final sale and cannot be modified under any circumstances once you complete your purchase so be sure to verify all information prior to checkout. When choosing to personalize a product, you are required to read and agree to the terms in the listing. By checking the box and proceeding with personalization, you understand that it is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided to us is correct and entered the way you would like it to appear on your product. THEO 141 is not responsible for any incorrect information provided on a product when due to customer error.
At THEO 141, we strive to bring you quality pieces that you will love for years to come. In the event that the item you receive does not match what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at support@theo141.store to resolve the issue. Be sure to enter 'Item Error' in the subject line. Claims initiated after the 14 day period will not be accepted.
