Personalization

What products are customizable?

We have a wide selection of personalizable products and continue to add more every so often. Product listings that contain the "CUSTOMIZE" button within the listing can be personalized.

How much does it cost?

All products can be purchased as is, but if you choose to personalize, there is an additional fee of $5.98 that will be added to your total.

I made an error with my personalization but already checked out. Can I still fix it?

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is correct. You are required to acknowledge this prior to checking out. Orders containing personalized products are final sale and cannot be altered or returned due to customer error once purchase has been completed.

How long does it take for my personalized product to arrive?

We do our best to complete orders as soon as possible, but please allow about a 3-5 day processing time. Once shipped, delivery dates are dependent upon your shipping method chosen at checkout.

What dog size should I buy?

Bandana and dog hat size guides can be found in the product description and photo gallery of each listing. For best results, use a soft tape measure. If you’re still not sure which size is right for you, feel free to contact us via message.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, you can make an exchange request on most items within 14 days of receiving the item(s) by emailing us at support@theo141.store. Personalized products are final sale.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 days, with additional time needed for personalized products and holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping rates are variable and contingent upon your order.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we can only ship within the United States at this time, although we hope to expand our products globally in the future.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, orders of $50+ (before tax and discounts) receive free standard shipping. Other shipping options are available at checkout.
