Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day exchange only policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Personalized products are final sale. Be sure to review all product descriptions before completing your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at support@theo141.store. If your exchange is accepted, you are responsible for all shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that THEO 141 is not responsible for lost or damaged goods or packages once it has left our facility, for reasons such as (but not limited to) errors made by shipping couriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, damage to orders by postal service, PO box issues, or stolen packages after delivery.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to complete an exchange is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you would like to exchange. Once these steps are completed and the return is accepted, you will be refunded for the returned item(s).
Refunds:
We do NOT accept returns. If you feel that a purchase was made in error, please contact us immediately within 2 hours at support@theo141.store to cancel the order. We cannot cancel an order and will not accept returns once an order has shipped.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
